Yesterday Lesley and I headed out to the country to shoot her maternity images.  She was such a sweetheart with a great wardrobe and up for anything.  Thank goodness we had a beautiful day.  Here are a few shots from her session.

A while ago I had the opportunity to shoot some maternity photos for Alexis and Chris.  Alexis and I are from the same town. It seems so strange to see her all grown up, married and preparing to have her first baby.  Actually they already had the baby.  Somehow I forgot to do their blog post.  Anyway, here's a few images from their session. The other day I had the total honor to shoot maternity pix of this wonderful "mom to be".  Melissa has such a calm and relaxed presence which will definitely serve her well when it comes to being a wonderful mom which I know she will be.  Thanks for being so easy to work with Melissa and I can't wait to do it again very soon when you bring that new baby for a newborn session.  Enjoy this small selection of images.  You look absolutely stunning.

I was so thrilled to do this shoot this other day.  I have worked with Tina and Curtis before and have known Tina since she was just an adorable curly blond haired girl.  Well she grew up to be just as gorgeous and now in just a few short weeks is going to be a mom herself.  Wow, time sure flies by.  I'm definitely getting old, lol.  Well, this is their first baby and this was my first shoot since moving to Balgonie.  I found this wonderful location in my new town a few weeks ago and couldn't wait to use it.  Its an old church that was slated to be torn down, but apparently the locals wouldn't allow that.  Thank goodness.  If I understand it right there are a few different groups of people that have been looking after it.  Its being restored on the inside to its original state and the gardens are looked after by a great group of hard working volunteers.  Obviously they are very talented.  Okay, enough about this awesome new location and on to the post.  I think you will like it.  Tina and Curtis totally rocked it and I can't wait until our next shoot in a few weeks with their brand new baby!!!

Last night I had so much fun with my niece, her hubby and their first baby, puppy Pebbles.  But very soon, one week to be exact, a new first baby is coming into their family.  A real baby, that up until now has been lovingly called "Eggbert", lol.  Here are a few images from their maternity session and since this special little one is due within a week, you won't have to wait very long for newborn photos.  Hope you enjoy!

Last night the Hyndman family came to visit me again.  I can't believe how big the girls are getting and mom and dad have a new addition arriving in about 8 weeks.  I am sorry but its sick how good Jody looks at 32 weeks.  She doesn't even have one stretch mark to Photoshop out, lol.  Sorry Jody but that must be a first.  Anyway, while the girls were napping we got some photos of just Jody & Glen and then added these two red headed little cherubs in later.  They are so adorable and photogenique.  Here are a few pix from the session.  Hope you enjoy.
